Our History
VISITS was founded in 1999 with an initial focus on bringing better technology standards to the education sector. Back in the days of dial-up modems, technology usage in schools was still in its infancy. We were successful in winning a major Victorian Government Tender and became a leading provider of IT Services in the Education Sector – a position we maintain today. Our name – VISITS – was an abbreviation of “Victorian In-School Information Technology Services”.
VISITS’ Corporate Division was launched in 2001, and we have built on our trusted name and reputation. New products, service offerings and national expansion have accompanied our significant growth over our 20-year history.
