VISITS is committed to your privacy. In our relationship with you as an ICT service and solution provider, we gather information about you is numerous ways. This Privacy Policy relates to the information VISITS holds about you or your organisation collected during business dealings with your organisation.

What we collect: We collect personal information where it is relevant to one or more of our commercial activities. This information may relate to products and/or services you have purchased from VISITS, enquiries you have made to VISITS etc. Such information is always collected by lawful means and in a manner that respects your privacy and confidentiality. The type of information collected is: contact name, email address, office address, contact phone numbers, job title, other relevant information and details of previous interactions between you and our business.
How we use the information: VISITS uses this information to facilitate commercial dealings between you and our business. This could include keeping in contact with you regarding ICT related matters, processing your enquiries and service requests and promoting events that may be of interest to you. We will always give you the option to opt in or out of any email or direct mail marketing communications.
Who we share it with: VISITS will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Unless we have your consent or are required by law, we will only share your personal information with employees of VISITS or our business partners / contractors who are supplying products on our behalf where this is necessary. On occasions, we may need to provide limited information about your organisation (usually your company name and contact details) to vendors for the purpose of registering warranties and licenses which have been purchased from VISITS by your organisation.

We will provide you with access to your personal information at your request, although where this may disclose information about another party and/or disclose commercially sensitive information, we may reasonably limit this access. In such cases, we will provide a statement of reasons to this effect.
Website: We do not collect information that can personally identify individuals unless that information is provided to us voluntarily and knowingly (for example, subscribing to our electronic newsletter). External links from our website are provided for your convenience – once you enter these websites, VISITS is no longer responsible for the security of your personal information and you should review the Privacy Policy’s of those sites before providing personal information. Access to our secure customer portal is monitored and logged for security and statistical reporting.
